Description
We are seeking an **Interlocutor/a – Project Management Lead before SEPE** to join a **strategic public tender project** aimed at improving employability and socio-labor integration of individuals in situations of, or at risk of, social exclusion.
The selected candidate will be responsible for acting as the project’s official representative before the **State Public Employment Service (SEPE)**, ensuring smooth and effective communication with the contracting entity throughout the contract’s execution. Additionally, they will coordinate institutional project monitoring, supervise the preparation and submission of technical documentation, draft minutes of Monitoring Committees, and ensure compliance with commitments, milestones, and deliverables established in the tender specifications.
This is a strategic position involving a high level of responsibility in institutional coordination and project monitoring, ensuring proper relations with Public Administration, quality of information provided, and fulfillment of objectives, deadlines, and contractual requirements.
**What profile are we looking for?**
At KINEDRIK by EADIC, we seek a professional experienced in project coordination and management, capable of representing the organization institutionally and skilled in managing communication with public bodies—ensuring proper contract execution and coordination across different project areas.
The candidate must demonstrate:
* A university degree in **Business Administration and Management, Project Management, Labor Relations, Law, Psychology, Pedagogy, Engineering, Social Sciences**, or related disciplines.
* Experience in coordinating, monitoring, and managing public or private projects.
* Experience in preparing technical reports, contractual documentation, and monitoring minutes.
* Experience liaising with Public Administrations, institutional clients, or official bodies.
* Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and conduct technical and operational project monitoring.
* Availability to formally assume representation of the project before SEPE during contract execution.
**Required Technical Knowledge**
The candidate must possess solid knowledge in:
* Project management and coordination.
* Preparation of technical reports, summaries, and monitoring documentation.
* Preparation and drafting of meeting minutes and Monitoring Committee minutes.
* Document management and control of deliverables.
* Public procurement procedures and tender execution (desirable).
* Coordination with public bodies and management of institutional relationships.
* Monitoring of indicators, schedules, and project milestone achievement.
* Proficiency in office tools and collaborative platforms for document and project management.
* Organization, planning, and control of service delivery.
