El Corte Inglés is seeking an **Interior Decorator** to join our team and participate in the design and development of interior design projects for commercial, corporate, and residential spaces. You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, participating in all project phases—from creative development to execution coordination. **Key responsibilities and requirements.** **Responsibilities** ------------- * Design and develop interior decoration and design projects for commercial, corporate, and residential spaces. * Prepare visual proposals, floor plans, renderings, and budgets, presenting them to internal and external clients. * Coordinate and supervise project execution, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and budget constraints. * Collaborate with architects, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure the technical, functional, and aesthetic feasibility of each project. * Select materials, furniture, lighting, finishes, textiles, and decorative elements aligned with the project concept and client needs. **Requirements** -------------- * Qualification: **Higher Vocational Training (FP) in Interior Design**. * **3–5 years of experience** in interior design and project development. * **English proficiency at B1 level**. * Knowledge and experience with **BIM methodology**. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop**. * Strong planning and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Creativity, aesthetic sensitivity, and attention to detail. * Communication skills, teamwork ability, and adaptability to dynamic environments. **We offer a variety of social benefits contributing to your well-being.** * Exclusive discounts and financing options. * Life insurance. * Corporate University. * Continuous professional development training. * Educational assistance for employees’ children. * In-house medical services. * Flexible compensation plan. **If this position interests you, we invite you to apply—your experience could be highly valuable to us.
