We envision a better-connected world where we can work more intelligently for the benefit of businesses, people, and the planet. **We Are Looking For: Installations Technician** At Gamma, we are seeking an Installations Technician to remotely manage the configuration and maintenance of our customers’ installations, following established departmental procedures and ensuring the best possible experience. **Key Responsibilities** * Configure and support installations for new Gamma customers, as well as product and service expansions requiring such support. * Provision PBX systems in management tools and perform configuration modifications. * Configure VoIP terminals and various network devices for voice services, installed at customers’ VoIP PBX sites. * Train users on service activation. * Manage technical certification processes conducted by the distribution channel. * Log technical incidents with Gamma’s carriers and track their resolution. * Ensure correct configuration of numbers ported to Gamma prior to the scheduled cutover window. **Required Skills** * Prior experience in Level 1 customer support, clearly demonstrating capability to perform assigned installation tasks.
