### **Responsibilities** * Analyze projects during the study phase, participating in the selection of subcontractors and evaluation of technical proposals. * Prepare technical and economic proposals during the tender phase. * Support the project team during procurement and production phases, reviewing scopes and contractual conditions. * Perform technical project monitoring: workshop drawings, technical data sheets, documentation, and planning milestones. * Coordinate installation subcontractors (electricity, HVAC, plumbing, etc.) and their integration with civil works. * Supervise on-site execution of the installation package, verifying quality and technical compliance. * Control subcontractor work certifications and monitor their economic performance. * Collaborate with **Quality, Safety, and Environment** teams to ensure regulatory compliance. * Plan and supervise the **testing & commissioning** phase, ensuring proper startup of installations. * Participate in special construction projects characterized by high technical demands, with a focus on design, innovation, and execution quality. ### **Requirements** * Degree in **Industrial Engineering** (mechanical, electrical, or related specialization). * Minimum of **4 years’ experience in installation projects on site**. * **Conversational English proficiency** (mandatory). * Experience coordinating subcontractors and performing on-site technical monitoring. * Knowledge of project management, technical review, and certification control. * Ability to work in demanding environments and on highly complex projects. * Organized, solution-oriented profile with coordination skills and comprehensive technical vision. * Residence in **Palma de Mallorca** or willingness to relocate. * Prior experience in special projects or those with a strong technical component is desirable.
