We are looking for a proactive, committed individual with excellent communication skills to staff our tourist information point, strategically located near the iconic Castell del Burriac. If you are passionate about **tourism**, enjoy **customer service**, and possess a high level of Catalan and English, this is your opportunity! ### **Responsibilities:** * Provide detailed and accurate information to visitors regarding the Castell del Burriac, hiking trails, local points of interest, and events. * Deliver personalized assistance and recommendations to tourists, ensuring a positive and memorable experience. * Efficiently manage the information point, maintaining order and availability of informational materials. * Resolve visitors’ questions and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner. * Collaborate in promoting the area’s cultural and natural heritage. ### **Requirements:** * Minimum **1 year of experience** in customer service, tourist information, or similar roles. * **High or native level of Catalan** (mandatory). * **High level of English** (mandatory). * Outgoing personality, kindness, and a service-oriented attitude. * Professional appearance and proactive mindset. * Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. * Interest in **tourism** and familiarity with the local area. ### **We Offer:** * Integration into a solid and growing company. * Ongoing training on our products and services. * Weekend working hours: Saturdays and Sundays, from 9:00 to 13:00\. * A dynamic and pleasant work environment. * The opportunity to represent a key entity in local tourism promotion.
