**About Us** Japanese Head Spa San Sebastián is a wellness center specializing in hair treatments and massages inspired by Japanese tradition. Our goal is to offer each client a unique experience of relaxation and rejuvenation in a quiet, carefully maintained, and professional environment. **The Position** We are seeking a **Manager / Receptionist**, who will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and the organizational hub of the center. Ideal candidates possess a commercial orientation, a strong service vocation, and management capabilities. **Main Responsibilities** * Reception and personalized client service, in person, by phone, and via WhatsApp. * Appointment scheduling: bookings, confirmations, cancellations, and rescheduling. * Service billing, cash handling, and recording transactions in the Cash Control Excel sheet. * Sending gift vouchers in PDF format. * Coordinating the technical team and organizing the daily workflow. * Selling additional services, with a focus on customer retention. * Maintaining the reception area and the center overall in impeccable condition. * Administrative tasks: client records, preferences, allergies, and basic product inventory. **Requirements** * Minimum 1\-2 years’ experience in reception, customer service, or a similar role (wellness, aesthetics, health, or hospitality sectors). * Excellent appearance and communication skills. * Commercial profile: customer orientation, persuasive ability, and aptitude for identifying cross-selling opportunities. * Organizational skills, proactivity, and calm problem-solving abilities. * Leadership and team management. * Proficiency with digital tools (Google Drive, Canva, corporate email, etc.) and appointment management software (WIX); on-site training will be provided. * Empathy, assertiveness, and teamwork. Experience with international clients and knowledge of foreign languages will be viewed favorably. **Conditions** * Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday. * Joining a professional and growing team. * Internal training on Japanese Head Spa protocols and philosophy. * A relaxed, well-maintained, and professional work environment. * Performance-based incentive payments.
