**Description:** ---------------- At Eysa, we work on projects related to urban mobility and smart warehouse projects. This time, we are seeking a candidate for the Implementation Technician position at our Sant Just Desvern office to carry out commissioning tasks for smart warehouse projects. The implementation profile’s objective is to acquire in-depth knowledge of logistics-area systems in order to deploy them onsite and provide subsequent support. They also serve as the liaison between the customer and the development team. This role includes installing systems, configuring them, and maintaining them, as well as possessing strong interpersonal skills to deliver user training and respond to incidents. We envision someone with a Systems Administrator profile who has experience in user support and is accustomed to documentation. This position entails: 1\.\- Performing programming tests once the customer-specific programming phase is scheduled. 2\.\- Writing manuals. 3\.\- Project commissioning at the warehouse: * Testing and training with the customer (2\-3 weeks) * Startup (3\-4 weeks) 4\.\- Support for already-installed projects (maintenance lasting several years) REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Windows Server expertise (advanced user or administrator) Proficiency in SQL (complex queries) Knowledge of IT infrastructure and communication network configuration (e.g., servers, routers, telephony, mobile devices, printer setup, etc.) Experience in technical support (telephone, remote) and/or system implementation Intermediate level of English (technical).
