Currently, we are seeking an HR Technician for Ceuta. Main responsibilities include: * Communication with the HR Labor Management team at Head Office regarding administrative personnel management (hiring, termination, modifications, etc.). * Communication with the HR Recruitment team at Head Office to disseminate job openings. * Delivery and receipt of staff documentation from the Center, followed by its digital and physical archiving. * Addressing and resolving staff inquiries from the Center. * Managing staff work schedules at the Center. * Using internal HR tools. * Resolving inquiries from employees both in person and via various digital communication tools. * Providing initial HR-related information and training to staff, including orientation on the Staff Portal. * Managing variable compensation components for staff. * Performing various administrative tasks. Offer includes: * Temporary contract ending on 31/12/2026\. * Full-time schedule of 37.5 hours/week. * Annual gross salary of 23\.720 €. **Profile:** Over one year of experience in an HR department. Additional training related to the HR field. Advanced proficiency in Word and Excel. Communicative, proactive individual accustomed to teamwork.
