As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a key role in managing recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and employee support processes, contributing to a positive experience for all associates. If you are an organized, proactive individual with strong communication and problem\-solving skills, this is an excellent opportunity to grow within a dynamic environment where people are at the heart of everything we do. **Your responsibilities will include...** * Supporting management and leadership teams in managing and resolving Human Resources\-related matters. * Advising and assisting employees with inquiries, requests, and internal or external transfer processes. * Coordinating recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes for new employees. * Managing pre\-employment verification requirements, including employment references, background checks, and other mandated procedures. * Maintaining up\-to\-date records of candidates, recruitment processes, orientation, and onboarding activities. * Creating, organizing, and safeguarding employee personnel files, ensuring proper documentation management and confidentiality of information. * Collaborating on orientation and onboarding programs for new hires. * Ensuring Human Resources processes comply with applicable legislation and company policies and procedures. * Overseeing proper administration and maintenance of employee employment documentation. * Supporting administrative payroll and personnel management processes as needed. * Preparing Human Resources reports and data analysis to support decision\-making. * Managing internal communications, correspondence, and departmental telephone support. * Participating in Human Resources projects and initiatives by contributing knowledge and improvement proposals. * Training and guiding new employees on internal Human Resources procedures, systems, and policies. * Maintaining positive labor relations and actively collaborating across departments to achieve shared goals. * Ensuring confidentiality of information and adherence to the company’s quality and professionalism standards at all times. **What We’re Looking For In You...** * Completion of compulsory secondary education, high school diploma, or equivalent. * Minimum one year of prior experience in Human Resources or personnel administration roles. * Knowledge of recruitment, hiring, and employee documentation management processes. * Organizational, planning, and detail\-oriented skills. * Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally. * Excellent communication skills and strong orientation toward internal customers. * Ability to work collaboratively in teams and across various organizational functions. * Proactive attitude, problem\-solving capability, and results\-orientation. * Familiarity with computer tools and Human Resources management systems. * **You communicate fluently in Spanish and English.** * **Valid work permit for Spain.** **How We Inspire You…** Join our team and contribute to the growth of one of Europe’s most prestigious resorts.
