Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Posting job openings (**ATS**, job portals, social media, etc.). * Participating in direct candidate sourcing. * Conducting CV screening and pre-selection. * Making initial contact with candidates (phone, messaging, etc.). * Scheduling calls and interviews. * Promoting and executing distinctive initiatives to ensure a positive experience for every candidate. * Participating in Employer Branding activities and/or events. * Researching and staying updated on talent market trends and benchmarks. **If everything so far fits, let’s verify whether:** * You already have 1–2 years of experience doing what we’ve described above at GT. * You excel at interacting with people and identifying talent. * You believe excellence lies in the details and quality. **Do you see many similarities with your profile?** **GT Motive is the right place for you!** Because every day we strive to be the most innovative company in Technology Solutions and SaaS within the automotive industry.
