Your mission We are seeking a Handyman to join our team. If you are passionate about delivering unique experiences, this is the place for you. What will you do daily? * Ensure the hotel’s good condition: guest rooms, event spaces, food and beverage outlets, and any other public areas, guaranteeing optimal functionality of all facilities. * Organize and supervise all inspections outlined in the Preventive Maintenance Plan. * Lead and coordinate, together with the Security Manager, the implementation of the Emergency and Evacuation Plan, as well as maintain ongoing contact with designated regional team members assigned to this mission. * Monitor and supervise energy consumption, ensuring optimal usage across all hotel departments, and periodically propose energy-saving initiatives. * Track waste generation and report monthly quantities removed, per Hyatt procedures. * Ensure rational and sustainable procurement of spare parts and consumables, guaranteeing timely replacements and reasonable delivery timelines, per established control procedures. * Ensure effectiveness of external repairs, maintenance contracts, and official technical services. * Guarantee effective implementation of all hotel policies and procedures related to the Maintenance Department. Qualifications What would we like you to bring? * Experience in a similar role, preferably in a 5\* hotel. * Knowledge of HVAC systems. * Knowledge of domestic hot water (DHW) and potable cold water (PCW) production systems. * Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, automation, and computer networks. * Familiarity with environmental regulations, Legionella prevention, and fire protection standards. * Knowledge of hotel-specific systems (CCTV, access control, audiovisual equipment, lighting, etc.).
