We believe in continuous training and dignified employment as drivers of personal change and development. **We are looking for a Grant Technician with accounting and financial knowledge**, who wishes to contribute to the economic management of socially impactful projects. If you possess analytical capacity, administrative rigor, and a service-oriented vocation, we want to meet you! **Main responsibilities** * Manage administrative and economic procedures related to the application for and justification of regional, national, and European grants. * Maintain contact with various funding bodies to carry out corresponding economic and administrative management. * Prepare detailed project budgets in coordination with technical managers. * Monitor project budgetary expenditure. * Prepare economic justifications in accordance with applicable regulations, including those of the European Social Fund. * Respond to economic requests and audits as they arise. * Control cost allocations for salaries of both permanent staff and insertion personnel across different funded projects. * Participate in preparing separate accounting records for projects requiring them. * Provide occasional support in drafting project application or justification reports. **Requirements** **Qualification:** Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) or University Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration and Management, Management, Economics, or similar fields. **Minimum experience:** 2 years managing the economic aspects of social projects funded by public or private sources, or experience in accounting or management control. **Languages:** English – B2 level **Key competencies:** **Organization and planning:** Manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. **Rigor and analytical capacity:** Precision in budgetary monitoring, cost allocations, and economic justifications. **Service orientation:** Collaborate and respond to the needs of other departments. **What do we offer?** **Indefinite-term contract**, with **full-time working hours**. **Flexible working hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 16:00.** Possibility to adapt working hours to support work-life balance. **Inclusive environment:** You will work in a diverse setting committed to equal opportunities. **Stability and growth:** You will join an organization experiencing constant growth, with a strong social focus. **Professional development:** We invest in our teams’ growth through continuous training, mentoring, and internal promotion.
