Contribute to organizational development and global transformation **Job Description Summary** The focus of the position is to support all activities related to the GCC site strategy. We are looking for a proactive, organized, and internationally minded professional to join our Global Competency Centre (GCC) based in Madrid. This role plays a key part in supporting the GCC leadership team by enhancing internal ways of working, promoting cross‑collaboration, and facilitating capability‑building initiatives that strengthen our global network. **Your functions include, but are not limited to:** --------------------------------------------------- * **Analyze internal ways of working:** Assess current processes, collaboration models, and team dynamics to identify improvement opportunities and support the internationalization of the GCC. * **Drive cross‑collaboration initiatives:** Contribute to strategies that enhance alignment and teamwork across global, regional, and local GCC stakeholders. * **Support capability‑building programs:** Assist in the design, coordination, and rollout of learning, development, and capability‑enhancement initiatives within the GCC. * **Contribute to communications and project promotion:** Prepare communication materials, presentations, and project updates that support visibility, transparency, and alignment within the organization. * **Provide administrative and coordination support:** Manage key operational tasks, including scheduling, documentation, reporting, follow‑ups, and cross‑team coordination. * **Assist with leadership meetings:** Support the planning, logistics, content preparation, execution, and post‑meeting actions for GCC leadership team meetings. * **Contribute to broader organizational priorities:** Participate in strategic and operational activities that advance the GCC’s agenda and global transformation efforts. **What You’ll Bring to the Role** --------------------------------- * Currently studying or recently graduated in fields such as Business Administration, International Relations, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or related areas, with the possibility of a university internship agreement. * Strong organizational, analytical, and coordination skills. * High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Copilot). * Fluent English (C1 or higher); additional languages are a plus. * Proactive mindset with high learning agility and the ability to work autonomously. * Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit. * Interest in global teamwork, organizational development, and internal capability building. **What You’ll Receive** ----------------------- * **Competitive Retribution and Social Benefits** * **Place of Work:** Madrid * **Flexible Schedule:** + Monday to Friday: 8:00–9:30 to 17:30–19:00 **Why Sandoz?** --------------- Generic and Biosimilar medicines are the backbone of the global medicines industry.
