




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to handle commercial management of property sales and rentals, including customer service and administrative support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Commercial management of apartment and property sales and rentals. 2. In-person and telephone customer service. 3. Assistance with general administrative tasks. We are looking for a person to commercially manage apartment and property sales and rentals. Responsibilities will include in-person and telephone customer service, as well as rental administration. Additionally, the candidate will assist with general administrative tasks, providing support to the main department. Professional experience in commercial or sales sectors is required, along with basic administrative management knowledge and proficiency in office software such as Word and Excel. A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are mandatory for commuting to the workplace and, if necessary, for travel within the central area of Asturias. Prior experience in construction, as well as in property sales or rentals, will be considered a strong advantage. The position offers an indefinite full-time contract, with working hours from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00. Economic and employment conditions will comply with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
