Grupo Mimara is seeking a geriatric caregiver for the night shift in Vinaròs to support the care and well-being of elderly individuals.

Grupo Mimara is a leading provider in elder care. We are currently recruiting for our new center in Vinaròs.
A geriatric caregiver is required for the night shift. Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week on an alternating long-week/short-week basis.
The main responsibilities include:
Supporting the interdisciplinary team in the reception and orientation of new residents, assisting in the implementation of individualized care plans.
Carrying out interventions scheduled by the interdisciplinary team to address activities of daily living.
Collaborating in the planning, organization, and execution of preventive, occupational, and leisure activities.
Maintaining residents' personal hygiene.
Cleaning the first-aid kit and its contents, as well as other medical or assistive equipment.
Providing and administering meals to residents, facilitating ingestion where required.
Performing repositioning and other auxiliary services assigned according to technical training.
Assisting residents in preparation for transfers, including accompanying, monitoring, and supporting them.
Collaborating with healthcare staff in medication administration.
Assisting nurses—under their supervision—in caring for residents with colostomies or catheters, and in administering food via syringe.
Supporting and stimulating residents’ communication to enhance their daily functioning and social relationships.
Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to integrate residents’ families into center life.
Reporting any health-related incidents concerning residents.
Observing and recording any behavioral or physical changes detected in the incident logbook.
Candidates must hold the required qualification or certification and/or possess relevant experience necessary to perform their duties, in accordance with current regulations.
