We are seeking a gerocultor/a to join a team dedicated to caring for elderly residents in a care home. The main responsibility is to provide direct care to residents, supporting them with basic daily activities such as hygiene, feeding, mobility assistance, and companionship. It is also essential to monitor their condition and promptly report any changes to the team, as well as collaborate closely with other professionals to promote their autonomy and well-being. For this position, a qualifying qualification is required, such as TCAE, TAPSD, or the Professional Certificate in Socio-Healthcare Assistance in Social Institutions. We especially value vocation for caregiving, responsibility, teamwork ability, and prior experience in residential settings. A temporary contract is offered, with rotating shifts and working hours; the salary ranges annually between 12\.000 and 18\.000 euros, according to the applicable collective agreement. The position is intended to cover a medium-term leave, within a professional environment featuring a positive workplace atmosphere and opportunities for development.
