High level of autonomy within a small structure Country Spain Province Valencia Application Deadline 17/05/2026 Category Management and Coordination **Information about the NGO** ADONAR ASSOCIATION **Objective** ------------ At ADONAR (adonar.es), we are looking for a person to assume overall coordination of the organization, supporting its strategic development and strengthening its positioning at the intersection of culture and social transformation. We are a small organization with a collaborative and growing approach; therefore, we seek a candidate with strategic vision, management capacity, and commitment to our purpose. **Motivationally, we seek a person who:** * Feels called by ADONAR’s mission: guaranteeing cultural rights for all people through activating networks between the cultural and social ecosystems. * Has sensitivity and knowledge regarding cultural rights, accessibility, and access to and inclusion in culture. **Technically/professionally, we especially value:** * At least 3 years’ experience coordinating teams with a strategic perspective, including planning, objective setting, prioritization, and monitoring—beyond day-to-day management. * At least 3 years’ experience formulating, managing, and justifying projects linked to public calls and/or private funding, including technical drafting and financial monitoring (with possible support for the latter). * Education in humanities or professional trajectory in the social sector / third sector (preferred). * Capacity for institutional representation and alliance-building: participation in public forums (presentations, roundtables, meetings) and engagement with cultural, artistic, and social agents. * Flexible and versatile profile, willing to combine strategic and operational responsibilities. * Residence in Valencia city or surrounding areas **Conditions** Contract type: Professional services agreement Joining a small structure, with a high level of autonomy and real opportunity to influence the organization’s development. **Profile:** At least 3 years’ experience coordinating teams with a strategic perspective, including planning, objective setting, prioritization, and monitoring—beyond day-to-day management.
