We are seeking a Flight Simulator Validation and Test Engineer to participate in the development, validation, and certification of advanced aerospace simulators used in training and education environments. What will you do? * Analyze technical and functional requirements of flight simulators. * Define verification methods required to confirm compliance with requirements. * Develop test procedures and validation plans. * Execute functional and integration tests on flight simulators. * Participate in internal and customer-facing test campaigns. * Analyze results and document validation evidence. * Prepare technical reports and associated documentation. * Collaborate on simulator certification activities. * Work collaboratively with systems, software, integration, and customer teams. What are we looking for in you? **✅ Education:** Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. **✅ Minimum Experience:** 2–4 years of experience in validation, testing, systems engineering, or aerospace environments. **✅ Technical Knowledge:** * Requirements analysis and management. * Development of test procedures. * System validation and verification. * Requirements management tools such as DOORS. * Test management tools such as TestLink. * Preparation of technical documentation and test result reports. **✅ Valuable Functional Knowledge:** * Flight simulators and training systems. * Communication systems. * Avionics systems. * Aerospace regulations (EASA, FAA, or equivalent authorities). * System certification and acceptance processes. * Programming skills (highly valued). **✅ Key Competencies:** * Analytical ability and attention to detail. * Quality orientation and commitment to requirement compliance. * Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams. * Technical rigor in test execution and documentation. * Ability to identify and resolve issues. **✅ Languages:** * Advanced English is mandatory.
