The job involves performing maintenance and repair tasks using vertical work techniques. To perform this position, candidates must have completed the 20-hour occupational risk prevention course for the construction sector (masonry specialty), as well as possess specific training for suspended work. Additional qualifications—such as the 60-hour masonry course or the working-at-heights course—are considered advantageous but not mandatory. This position is offered under a temporary contract for a specific project or service, with a genuine possibility of transitioning to a permanent position. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 17:00, with an annual gross remuneration ranging between 21\.500 and 25\.000 euros.
