DESCRIPTION We require a multiskilled technician to join one of our clients’ facilities located in Hortaleza and Chamartín. COMSA Service forms part of the maintenance, conservation, and services business unit of COMSA Corporación group, delivering comprehensive and specialized maintenance for buildings, infrastructures, and industrial facilities. What do we offer? * Contract covering long-term IT sick-leave replacement. * 40-hour weekly work schedule from Monday to Friday. * Working hours: 8:00–17:00 (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in Chamartín district; Tuesday and Thursday in Hortaleza district). * Salary according to the metalworkers’ collective agreement: €23,312 gross per annum. * Social benefits. Minimum requirements: - Minimum three years’ prior experience in comprehensive maintenance as a First-Class Technician. * FP I (Intermediate Vocational Training) or equivalent. Specialization: * Electricity and Electronics REQUIREMENTS Minimum years of experience in this position: At least 3 years Minimum education: Intermediate Vocational Training Knowledge areas: carpentry, HVAC, electricity, plumbing, building maintenance
