Job Summary: We are seeking a first-class bricklayer to perform wall construction, finishing works, cladding, and team supervision in Nerja (Málaga). Key Points: 1. Experience in wall, arch, and vault construction 2. Proficiency in various finishing and cladding techniques 3. Team supervision and compliance with safety regulations First-class bricklayer position based in Nerja (Málaga). Main duties include constructing walls, partitions, arches, and vaults using materials such as brick, concrete block, thermoclay, or plasterboard. Also includes layout work and interpretation of drawings and technical specifications. Typical tasks involve finishing and cladding: tiling, flooring, roughcast plastering, rendering, gypsum and cement plastering. Additionally, formwork installation, pre-frame fitting, roof and terrace waterproofing, and cutting grooves for installations are carried out. Repair and maintenance tasks are also performed during renovations, building rehabilitation, or public works, including curbs, paving stones, and pothole repairs. A permanent full-time employment contract is offered, with working hours from 08:00 to 16:00 and a monthly salary of 2\.100 euros. The selected candidate will supervise assistants and laborers, ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment and compliance with safety regulations.
