In this role, you will analyze financial data, prepare reports, develop forecasts, and provide insights that support strategic business decisions. Key Responsibilities * Analyze financial statements and business performance metrics. * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. * Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models. * Monitor financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities. * Conduct variance analysis and recommend cost\-saving initiatives. * Support investment evaluations and strategic planning. * Collaborate with accounting and other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting. * Prepare presentations and financial reports for senior management. * Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable financial regulations. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. * Previous experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar finance role is preferred. * Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems or financial software is an advantage. * Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and organizational skills. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast\-paced environment. * Fluency in Spanish is required; English proficiency is considered an asset.
