The selected candidate will play a key role in planning and managing our orchard, leading teams and actively participating in all operations: planning of orchard activities, managing work reports for personnel under their supervision, and closely collaborating with our technical team. In addition, they will be responsible for supervising and reporting on the progress of completed activities. EXPERIENCE: \- Vocational training (FP) in agriculture, foreman qualification, or organic farming. \- At least 1 year of experience in orchard planning and management. \- At least 1 year of experience in team management. HIGHLY DESIRABLE: \- Knowledge of managing other fruit tree crops. \- Experience operating tractors for orchard tasks. \- Forklift operator's license.
