We value the freedom to break conventions and embrace new and different ideas. ***Your mission*** Ensure the proper management and coordination of excursion operations at the destination, optimizing resources, suppliers, and processes to deliver the best possible service to customers while ensuring operational profitability and efficiency. ***What will you do on a daily basis?*** * Manage daily excursion operations following established procedures. * Coordinate excursion traffic and scheduling with the office and relevant teams. * Ensure proper maintenance and use of management systems. * Guarantee timely and accurate loading of purchase and sales contracts. * Optimize transportation usage and that of other suppliers to maximize efficiency and control costs. * Develop, together with destination management and customer and tour operator representatives, the most suitable excursion programs for each market. * Collaborate with tour operators’ commercial teams to boost sales and improve product profitability through offers, packages, and occupancy optimization. * Issue proformas for prepaid customers according to established deadlines and procedures. * Perform necessary operational closings, ensuring compliance with internal processes. * Contribute to continuous improvement of operations and customer service. * **Requirements:** --------------- ***What do we need from you?*** We are looking for an organized, solution-oriented, detail-focused individual capable of working effectively in dynamic environments and managing priorities efficiently. Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and a collaborative attitude that facilitates teamwork are essential. **Mandatory** * Advanced level of English. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Customer orientation and empathy to understand their needs. * Attention to detail and organizational ability. * Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities. * Proactive and solution-oriented attitude. * Teamwork capability. * Personal vehicle and valid Class B driving license. **Desirable** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role. * Familiarity with tourist areas, hotels, and transportation providers. * Experience with transfer management systems. * Knowledge of DOME. * Advanced proficiency in Office tools. * Experience in maintaining and managing commercial relationships. **What do we offer?** Being a **W2M·People** member has its advantages, because our team’s well-being is our top priority.
