The position plays a key and specialized role in the comprehensive management of equality plans, actively participating in their design, implementation, and monitoring, in coordination with various departments and stakeholders. Workplace: Geolit Science and Technology Park. Avda. de la Innovación, 3, Mengíbar (Jaén). Key responsibilities include: * Developing equality plans from inception (diagnosis, negotiation, design of measures, registration, etc.). * Monitoring, evaluating, and updating already-implemented equality plans. * Liaising and negotiating with the legal representatives of workers (RLT). * Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data. * Preparing reports and associated documentation. * Managing multiple projects/companies simultaneously. Additional Valued Training: * Higher Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior) in Gender Equality Promotion or Equality Agent. * Training in gender equality and diversity policies. * Knowledge of and experience with Organic Law 3/2007 on Equality and its implementing regulations, as well as Law 15/2022 on Equal Treatment and Non-Discrimination. * Experience developing and implementing LGBTI plans pursuant to Law 4/2023\. * Advanced Excel skills (data handling, pivot tables, etc.). Valued Experience: * Full development and implementation of equality plans. * Development of protocols against sexual harassment and harassment based on sex, as well as specific LGBTI protocols. * Pay audits, salary registers, and job evaluation. * Operation of the REGCON registry.
