At **Reale ITES**, part of the **Reale Group**, we are opening a position for an **Enterprise Data Architect** to join our team at the Príncipe de Vergara offices. The requirements we seek are: Solid experience with modern data architectures **(Data Lake / Lakehouse)** on **Cloud** infrastructure. Proven expertise in data integration tools **ETL** **(ODI, DataStage, Databricks)** and **advanced data modeling**, metadata and catalog tools (Irion), quantum data processing, and data structures to facilitate AI-driven data access (RAG and agents). Knowledge of **BI tools** (Power BI, Cognos, Business Objects) Proven experience and expertise in the **data governance framework**: Data quality management, data lineage and metadata, cataloging, and functional knowledge of the insurance sector: Processes (policy lifecycle, claims, customer and technical data, actuarial and financial data), and regulations (IFRS 17, Solvency II, Risk Management) What will you be doing? You will be responsible for **defining and developing the group's data architecture**, ensuring consistency, scalability, and governance in support of the Data Strategy. This role ensures data becomes a strategic asset, enabling: Data-driven business decision-making, regulatory compliance (e.g., IFRS 17, Solvency II, GDPR), and advancement of analytics and AI (RAG and Agents) Some of the more specific responsibilities: **Definition of data architecture** **Support system architects and Agile teams in correctly applying data methods and guidelines** **Technology evolution** **Business alignment** **Compliance and regulation** **Data governance and quality** **IT coordination and governance** What will the selection process be like? ##### #### **Register** Complete the registration form.
