Coordinate expansion of collaborative needs within engineering to support procurement. Evaluate services delivered through purchase order scopes. Filter core vs. non-core activities. Manage financial allocation of capacity invoices to projects. A professional experienced in managing subcontracting of engineering services, capable of identifying, negotiating, and coordinating with external suppliers to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery of specialized technical services.
