Technical management: Leading integrated installations (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection systems). Construction management: On-site monitoring of deadlines, costs, quality, and current regulations. Suppliers and teams: Direct coordination of subcontractors, skilled workers, and material suppliers. Economic validation: Preparation, review, and optimization of budgets, measurements, and work certifications. Client interaction: Direct communication with supervisory authorities, property owners, and regulatory bodies. * 5 years of experience. * Technical or industrial engineering degree * Competencies / knowledge: Experience: Minimum 5 years in similar roles. Education: Technical or Higher Engineering degree * Own vehicle required * Driving license: B * Permanent employment contract * Intensive working schedule * Other relevant information: Permanent contract.
