Position Summary: We are seeking a licensed Engineer to assume the role of Site Manager and coordinate advisory, technical consulting, and supervision services for municipal projects. Key Highlights: 1. Direct and primary contact person for the technical assistance contract 2. Comprehensive coordination and technical direction of services 3. On-site supervision of municipal projects EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time LOCATION: Marchamalo, Guadalajara (Castilla\-La Mancha). WORKING HOURS: 07:00 \- 15:00, Monday to Thursday. We seek a licensed Engineer with demonstrable experience to join our technical team as the direct responsible person and primary contact for the technical assistance contract in engineering for the Marchamalo City Council (Guadalajara). The selected professional will assume the Site Manager role and be responsible for coordinating advisory, technical consulting, and project supervision services for the municipality, ensuring maximum agility and quality in reports requested by the City Council. Mandatory Requirements \- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent officially recognized qualification. \- Active Professional Registration: Certificate proving valid registration with the corresponding Professional Association. \- Minimum Experience: At least 3 full years of professional experience in the sector. (Candidates with 5, 8, or 10 full years of experience will be highly preferred) \- Training: Official certificates of training courses related to municipal engineering, urban planning, or public services. Functions and Responsibilities \- Serve as the sole point of contact and technical reference for the City Council's Management Service. \- Comprehensive coordination and technical direction of services under the technical assistance contract. \- Drafting, signing, and issuing sector-specific technical reports with a commitment to agile delivery (within 7 to 10 working days). \- On-site supervision of projects and monitoring of municipal project implementation.
