We are currently seeking a Nurse. The main responsibilities include: * Assessment of the individual upon admission and development of the Nursing Care Plan. * Preparation, distribution, administration, and follow-up of medications and treatments prescribed by the physician. * Identification and provision of comfort care, support, and information to the individual, their family, and others involved during the end-of-life process. * Monitoring and follow-up of resident outings for medical visits (outpatient consultations and hospital admissions), coordinated with the rest of the team. Requirements: * Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Offered: Full-time schedule, alternating weekends. Permanent position. Alternating weekends. Monthly transportation allowance. Anniversary bonus. **Profile:** Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing completed or final year in progress.
