We are currently seeking an Employment Technician in Murcia Main responsibilities will include: * Design, development, monitoring, and evaluation of integrated, individualized employment integration pathways. Information, orientation, and socio-labor counseling. Socio-labor interviews (including identification of socio-professional competencies and preparation of socio-professional competency assessments). Technical accompaniment and monitoring. Planning, design, and implementation of activities aimed at labor orientation, both individual and group-based. Development of didactic materials and materials for vocational-labor orientation. Design and delivery of training modules/workshops for integration. Preparation of reports and technical records. Identification of Occupational/Professional Training programs; identification of available training offerings; accompaniment and monitoring of beneficiaries accessing and participating in Occupational Professional Training programs. Contact and collaboration with the business sector; identification and definition of profiles demanded by businesses operating within the intervention territory. Business prospecting activities; identification of potential employment opportunities. Labor intermediation. Counseling for companies regarding hiring. Offered: Indefinite-term contract Full-time position **Profile:** Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or Licentiate Degree in Humanities or Social Sciences. Knowledge of international protection and foreign affairs. Knowledge and experience in developing employment integration and job access programs. Languages (advanced conversational level in at least one of the following): English, French, Arabic. Written communication skills. Knowledge of procedures for academic degree recognition/equivalence. Knowledge of employment training programs. Knowledge of the business sector. Knowledge of labor market trends and demands. Preference will be given to candidates holding a disability certificate equal to or greater than 33%.
