The **Girasol Association for Mental Health** needs to incorporate an **Employment Mediation Technician / Vocational Trainer** to join its **Employment Integration Service**, aimed at people with mental health disorders, located in **Palma** (Mallorca) ***What will your responsibilities be?*** * Prospecting companies. * Labor market analysis. * Preparation of selection processes. * Attending job fairs. * Studying the local business landscape; daily telephone and in-person contact with companies. * Searching for job vacancies and contacting companies to identify employment opportunities; fostering loyalty and ongoing follow-up with partner companies. * Providing technical and legal advice to various stakeholders of the employing entity on topics such as types of contracts, hiring incentives, and other administrative matters, as well as supporting relational aspects involving persons with disabilities. * Promoting and raising awareness about the program. * Coordinating with internal/external services or attending internal coordination meetings. * Completing records (databases, paper-based documentation, etc.). * Delivering vocational workshops to individuals seeking or improving employment. * Coordinating with the PL team to support the employment integration of program participants. * Applying the person-centered care model. * Managing job offers in databases and other platforms. * Collaborating within the employment integration team network. * Providing vocational and personal guidance and counseling to program participants. * Developing individualized support plans based on each person’s demands and needs. * Searching for job vacancies. * Initial on-site workplace training and follow-up. * Training in social and personal skills. * Conducting group workshops. ***What do we offer?*** * **Start date:** Immediate! * **Contract type:** Temporary replacement to cover sick leave. * **Working hours:** 34.5 hours per week. * **Schedule:** Flexible according to service needs; typically Monday to Friday, morning shifts, to be agreed upon. * **Compensation:** Gross monthly salary of €1,894.08 (paid in 14 installments). * **You will join the Girasol Association, an organization that supports, assists, and promotes the social inclusion of people with mental health conditions.** Its main objective is to foster autonomy and personal development among its members by offering diverse activities and programs enabling their integration into the community. ***What do we expect from you?*** **Required academic qualifications:** * Minimum university degree at intermediate level (e.g., diploma or associate degree) in social sciences or labor relations. **Minimum professional experience:** * Vocational guidance and employment integration for vulnerable groups, especially experience working with people with mental health-related disabilities. * Experience managing relationships with companies and recruiting partners. **Required knowledge:** * Training related to people with mental health-related disabilities. * Management techniques. * Knowledge of commercial techniques and awareness-raising strategies. **Other requirements:** * Valid driver’s license required. **Join the Girasol Association and together let’s light the path toward a future full of hope and opportunity.
