Description
We are seeking an **Electrical Installations Supervisor** with nationwide mobility to lead and supervise the execution of our electrical installation projects on construction sites. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring adherence to deadlines, work quality, and workplace safety, directly coordinating a technical team under their supervision.

**Key Responsibilities**
* **On-site Management and Supervision:** Coordinate, organize, and supervise the execution of electrical installation works in accordance with drawings and technical specifications.
* **Team Leadership:** Lead, motivate, and organize the daily work of an in-house technical team of **3 to 4 people** reporting to them.
* **Material and Layout Control:** Conduct on-site layout checks (replanteos), manage material and tool deliveries, and optimize available resources.
* **Coordination and Reporting:** Act as the liaison between site management / engineering department and the technical team, reporting progress and resolving issues directly on-site.
* **Health and Safety:** Ensure strict compliance with Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) regulations and correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by their team.
**Minimum Requirements**
* **Experience:** Minimum of 3–5 years serving as a supervisor, foreman, or team leader in electrical installations (building, industrial, or public infrastructure).
* **Education:** Vocational Training (Intermediate or Advanced Level) in Electricity and Electronics, or equivalent demonstrable experience.
* **Occupational Risk Prevention:** Completion of the electricity-specific ORP course (per the Metalworking or Construction Collective Agreement, 20h or 60h \+ 6h).
* **Skills:** Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and single-line diagrams. Leadership, problem-solving, and results-oriented skills.
* **Availability:** **Full availability for travel and relocation across Spain** (mandatory).
* **Driver’s License:** Valid Class B license.
**What We Offer**
* **Salary:** **€2,000–€3,000 net/month** (salary negotiable based on candidate’s qualifications and experience).
* **Per Diems and Travel Expenses:** All costs related to nationwide travel (accommodation, transportation, per diems) fully covered by the company.
* **Employment Contract:** Fixed-term discontinuous contract with potential extension to indefinite duration; stable, full-time position.
* **Start Date:** Immediate.
