We operate primarily across three major areas: water—providing solutions for both urban and industrial management; waste—transforming it into new resources; and energy—improving efficiency and reducing consumption and emissions in buildings, industries, and cities. **Job Description** Key responsibilities for this role include: PMO (Project Management Office) for the Global Efficiency Plan / Synergies. * Supporting program/project managers (planning, assessment, implementation, communication, and post-implementation analysis) * Analyzing efficiency initiatives from both operational and economic impact perspectives * Collaborating in the preparation of monitoring reports for ongoing programs/projects for the Spain BU, Finance Management, and shareholders, issued monthly, quarterly, or ad\-hoc Project Management: * Coordinating, participating in (and potentially leading) projects aligned with Management objectives, using resources from central services or business units * Identifying and analyzing risks and opportunities associated with efficiency initiatives Process Analysis and Improvement: * Reviewing processes to identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and quality, tools, and organizational structure * Supporting process area managers for the processes analyzed * Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and assisting in developing capabilities of teams engaged **Requirements** * Approximately 2 years of experience with proven strong performance. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills. * Organized, analytical, responsible, and capable of assuming responsibility * Advanced proficiency in Excel, Sheets, and Slides * Interest in developing multidisciplinary competencies (operations, customers, finance, HR, etc.) * Enthusiastic and self\-motivated * Intermediate/advanced English; French will be considered a plus EDUCATION * Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Engineering, or related disciplines * Project management training will be considered a plus **Additional Information** * Joining a multinational leader in the sector. * Temporary contract for 1 year, with potential conversion to permanent employment. * Flexibility and remote work. * Professional growth within the organization.
