In Lleida, we work to train and empower the Roma community, focusing on its positive image and cultural heritage. As a non-profit organization, we operate in various municipalities across Catalonia to promote the academic success of Roma children and youth, supporting their personal development and improving their family and community environments. Our goal is to ensure they have the best possible opportunities and quality of life. The Siklavien Savorença project (education with everyone) focuses on Roma children and youth who are vulnerable or at risk of social exclusion. We work closely with their families and socio-educational professionals to strengthen education within the Roma community and thereby achieve academic success. This vacancy is for the Mariola neighborhood in Lleida. It offers a fixed-term intermittent contract, with a weekly working schedule of 13 hours from Monday to Friday, primarily in the afternoons (with occasional morning meetings). The gross annual salary is 12\.000 euros, paid in 12 installments. A completed university degree is mandatory.
