




Position Summary: Som Fundació seeks an Economic Reference in Barcelona to ensure the financial well-being of persons with disabilities, providing personalized advisory support. We accompany individuals in their decision-making processes, facilitate the necessary supports so they can build their life projects, and safeguard their well-being, social inclusion, and overall development. We seek to incorporate an Economic Reference for our Barcelona offices. Your mission will be to guarantee the economic well-being of persons with disabilities in the region, analyzing their income and expenses to provide them with close, personalized, and respectful advisory support aligned with their decisions. You will work to give meaning to numbers by placing them at the service of people. SOM FUNDACIÓ is firmly committed to equal opportunities, diversity, and inclusion, and guarantees that all applications will be evaluated without discrimination based on gender, sex, race, age, disability, or any other personal or social condition. \- Manage and monitor the income and expenses of the individuals we support: including banking management, accounting, budgeting, and accountability reports submitted to the court. \- Define, review, and evaluate the joint economic work plan together with service users, whenever possible. \- Carry out treasury and administrative tasks: managing invoices, receipts, bank statements, and other documents. \- Organize and record each service user’s accounting documentation in the organization’s database, ensuring its updating, order, and proper preservation. \- Participate in periodic meetings and coordination sessions with the rest of the team supporting the individual. \- Respond to economic queries and incidents from service users with empathy and efficiency. * Experience: 3 years. • Minimum 3 years’ experience performing similar tasks, or accounting and financial knowledge combined with specific training in this field. Experience in the third sector and with persons with disabilities will be positively valued. • Education: Higher Technician in Administration and Finance. • Languages: Catalan (spoken and written) and Spanish (spoken and written). • Competencies and skills: good proficiency in digital tools (Word, Excel, Internet, Microsoft 365 environment, etc.).
