A GRUAS Constructora is seeking to hire a **construction draftsperson** to provide technical support in the development and monitoring of the company’s various projects. The selected candidate will primarily be responsible for preparing, modifying, and updating technical drawings, as well as compiling the documentation required for construction execution. We are looking for an organized, rigorous individual capable of collaborating closely with site managers, the technical office, and other professionals involved in the projects. **Main responsibilities** * Preparation and modification of construction drawings. * Preparation of floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details. * Interpretation of architectural and construction drawings and technical documentation. * Updating drawings according to changes occurring during construction execution. * Performing measurements and supporting budget preparation. * Preparing technical documentation for construction works and projects. * Coordination with site managers, industrial partners, suppliers, and the technical office. * Archiving, control, and tracking of project graphical documentation. * General technical support to the department. **Requirements** * Qualification in Drafting, Building Projects, Civil Engineering, Technical Architecture, or similar field. * Proficiency in AutoCAD. * Ability to interpret architectural and construction drawings. * Knowledge of construction systems, materials, and construction processes. * Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. * Organized, solution-oriented, and detail-oriented individual. * Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. **Preferred qualifications** * Prior experience as a draftsperson in construction companies, engineering firms, architecture studios, or technical offices. * Experience in measurements, budgeting, and software such as Presto or TCQ. * Knowledge of technical construction regulations. * Experience in site visits or construction monitoring.
