We are looking for a Drafting Intern to ensure the drafting of construction projects under the supervision of the Project Coordinator, guaranteeing the minimum required documentation to process various permits and licenses with public administration (municipalities), thereby enabling the commencement of project execution works. **What will you do?** * You will prepare the dossiers for assigned projects to ensure their proper delivery to the construction team for project execution. * You will collaborate in implementing and communicating changes and deviations arising from coordination between the construction and services departments and the commercial department, ensuring their implementation in the ongoing project. * You will monitor projects, resolve possible incidents or changes, and escalate complex actions or requirements to the responsible person for resolution. * You will be responsible for updating the drawings of ongoing projects and informing all involved parties of the corresponding changes. * You will review existing installations in projects to validate them and ensure their feasibility. * You will carry out monitoring and support activities related to the drawings of various industrial suppliers involved in the execution of new store projects and renovations. * You will prepare the drawings and graphical documentation required to file the Economic Activities Tax (IAE). * You will participate in assigned tasks related to obtaining construction licenses within established timeframes and schedules. **What do we expect from you?** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related postgraduate program * Eligibility to sign a training agreement * Proficiency in spoken and written Catalan and Spanish. **What do we offer you?** * Join a leading company in the sector, with a unique and differentiated business model, currently undergoing robust growth and expansion. * Be part of a new company project with a young, dynamic, and innovative team, in a stimulating work environment featuring responsible autonomy. * Paid internship * Workplace: Olèrdola *Do you want to join our team?*
