As a **kitchen dishwasher**, you will be a key player in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our kitchen team. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to our team—ensuring seamless operations and offering every visitor the best possible experience. **What will you do?** * Report any leaks, damage, or malfunctions in work equipment to the kitchen team supervisor. * Clean refrigerators, freezers, and storage areas. * Maintain floors and equipment in cold rooms and hot zones in optimal condition. * Wash cutlery and tableware in the dishwashing machine following established protocols. * Clean pots, pans, skillets, and other utensils according to protocol. * Keep kitchen waste bins and refrigerators clean. * Manage garbage collection and disposal, as well as other materials, according to protocol. * Transport kitchen orders and materials. * Perform deep cleaning of assigned kitchen areas. * Comply with hygiene and food safety standards. * Strictly adhere to Occupational Health and Safety regulations. **Essential requirements:** * Minimum 12 months’ experience in similar roles, preferably in hotels of comparable or higher category. * Availability to start immediately. * Relevant training related to the position is valued. * Food Handling Certificate. * Availability to work rotating shifts (morning or afternoon).
