We are currently seeking to hire a Customer Service representative for our Digital Data division who wishes to join this initiative. **Your Mission** Plan, implement, and supervise physiotherapy interventions, following established protocols, to improve the autonomy and well-being of service recipients. **Your Responsibilities** * Assist customers via any communication channel, addressing inquiries, collecting requests, or resolving doubts. * Issue and supervise monthly invoicing, reporting on the closing of purchases, sales, and inventories. * Prepare and register customer quotations and track them accordingly. * Verify and record documentation upon order delivery. * Request quotations and services from suppliers. * Process and monitor customer and supplier billing procedures. * Monitor and identify payments, initiating collection actions when necessary. * Prepare follow-up reports (e.g., income reports, payment deadlines, due dates, charts, etc.). * Process documentation (e.g., orders) from partner companies. **What We Offer** * Full-time schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00–17:00; Friday, 8:00–15:00. Summer intensive schedule: 8:00–15:00. * Contract for a long-term temporary assignment (maternity leave coverage). * Location: Vicálvaro city center. * Salary: €19,500 gross annual salary paid in 14 installments. **Requirements:** --------------- * Proficiency in Excel and Access. * Experience in customer service. * Knowledge of digitalization services or document management. * Disability certification valued. * Familiarity with SAGE or ERP management systems
