Job Summary: We are seeking a Design Engineer for Building Services (Electrical, Gas, and Water) to carry out projects and detailed designs, coordinate with engineers, and prepare technical documentation. As part of our growth strategy, we are expanding and strengthening our presence in our **Valencia, Spain office**. We are currently seeking 1 **Building Services Design Engineer (Electrical, Gas, and Water)**. **Responsibilities:** * Carry out electrical, gas, and water projects for tenders. * Perform detailed electrical, gas, and water designs and submit them to relevant domestic, commercial, and industrial distribution network operators. * Coordinate projects directly with responsible engineers. * Update progress on various projects daily. * Prepare relevant technical documentation for different companies until project completion. **Requirements:** * Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. * **Proven high-level English proficiency**. (All tasks will be conducted exclusively in English, as all our clients are based in the UK.) * Excellent communication skills. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD**. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office**. * Proficiency in **Outlook**. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Knowledge of Revit. * Knowledge of Civil 3D. * Experience in similar roles. **Working Conditions:** * Modern, youthful office environment in Valencia (Aragón/Facultades metro station). * Permanent position upon successful completion of the probationary period. * Office and workspace agreement. * Salary: €22\-25k per year. * Monthly company-organized social activities. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM–3:00 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break. * Private health insurance. **Employment Type**: Full-time Salary: €22\.000,00\-€25\.000,00 per year Benefits: * Company events * Life insurance * Private medical insurance Work Location: On-site employment.
