




Job Summary: Intress is seeking a Delegate for the Implementation of Alternative Penal Measures to manage such measures, conduct interviews, perform monitoring and accompaniment, and coordinate with entities and courts. Intress is looking for a **Delegate for the Implementation** of **Alternative Penal Measures** (APM), which we manage in the area of **Cervera, Lleida**. The person joining us will be responsible for implementing alternative penal measures for users, including community service, substance abuse or mental health treatment, training programs, security measures involving internment, and post-prison supervised releases — all aimed at ensuring compliance with these measures. ***What will you do?*** * **Interview users** to carry out assessments and classifications according to their profiles, thereby determining the most suitable entity to implement alternative penal measures under optimal conditions. * **Monitor and accompany** the execution of penal measures imposed by courts on sentenced individuals. * **Coordinate with local entities** where the sentences will be served. * **Communicate regularly with the court** to follow up on users. ***What do we offer?*** * **Start date:** 16/04/2026 * **Contract type:** Indefinite-term contract * **Working hours:** 38 hours per week * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00\-15:00, plus one afternoon per week from 15:30\-18:30. * **Remuneration:** According to the Social Action Collective Agreement * **You will join an organization focused on and dedicated to the social sector.
