Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Representative to manage the Building Envelope budget, communicate company policies, and execute the commercial strategy within their assigned territory. Strategic implementation and B2B account management We are looking for a Commercial Representative for the Alcobendas (Madrid) area. It is mandatory to hold a disability certificate of 33% or higher, or a recognized permanent disability. The selected candidate will be responsible for achieving the Building Envelope budget in their assigned territory, communicating company policies to customers and the market, and implementing the commercial strategy. A Higher Technician qualification in Building Projects or equivalent is required, with a minimum of three years’ experience in similar roles and English proficiency at C2 level\. Knowledge of Microsoft 365, CRM (Salesforce), and B2B account management is also required. Specific sales training is considered an advantage. A valid driving license (category B) and personal vehicle are essential. A permanent, full-time contract (8:00–18:00\) is offered, with a gross monthly salary of 2\.000 euros.
