We want to bring on board a commercial profile to join our Telemarketing Team. We seek individuals passionate about Sales and Customer Service who also wish to develop their careers in an innovative and rapidly growing company. **We offer:** * Immediate incorporation. * Well-connected workplace: Plaza de Castilla area (Cuzco financial district). * Direct employment contract. * Comprehensive initial and ongoing training provided by the company. * Working hours: 7 hours per day (35 hours per week), Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00\. * Excellent work environment, young and dynamic team. * Salary: €17,500 gross per year plus incentives. We are an insurance subscription agency with a startup mindset. Currently, we are a team of 13 people in total, with an average age of 35. Our offices have been recently renovated and are located in central Madrid (Cuzco area). Remote work is available three days per week. Minimum Requirements * Committed, results-oriented individual with a commercial mindset, strong work ethic, and willingness to take on challenges. * Excellent communication skills. * Outstanding telephone skills. * Experience working towards targets. * Proficiency in computer applications, at least at user level. * Availability for immediate incorporation. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Desired Qualifications * Knowledge of insurance is a plus. * Experience in outbound calling is a plus. * Knowledge of foreign languages (English and/or French) is a plus.
