### **Description** Q-tech is seeking a **CRM Project Manager (Salesforce)** to join a leading company in the mobility sector, with over 100 years of history, international presence, and at a pivotal moment of growth and technological transformation. This is a highly strategic role: you will serve as the internal Salesforce subject matter expert, leading CRM evolution and acting as the liaison between IT, Marketing, business units, and external vendors—directly impacting data quality and corporate decision-making. **What will be your mission?** Lead the evolution of the Salesforce platform, ensuring its proper implementation, adoption, and data quality, while serving as the internal CRM point of reference for business, IT, and vendors. **What will you do?** * Define and implement Salesforce behaviors and functionalities. * Configure and deploy changes; coordinate enhancements and continuous improvements. * Conduct comprehensive validation of changes prior to production rollout, and define/execute roll-outs. * Define data harmonization and transformation processes, ensuring data quality and consistency. * Maintain ongoing dialogue with Marketing and business areas: gather and analyze requirements, prioritize initiatives. * Serve as an internal CRM consulting resource. * Manage and escalate incidents; coordinate and monitor external partners and vendors. **What are we looking for?** * University degree or engineering qualification, preferably in Computer Science or related technical fields. * 2–3 years of experience with CRM solutions. * Prior Salesforce experience is highly valued. * Combined experience in functional analysis and technical execution. * Ownership mindset, proactivity, and results orientation. * Strong communication skills with business stakeholders and negotiation capabilities. **What do we offer?** * A strategic, high-impact role as the internal Salesforce subject matter expert. * A flat, growing technology organization. * On-site work with progressive flexibility based on role maturity (location: Sant Cugat del Vallès). * Flexible working hours (approximate start time between 8:00 and 9:30). * Commitment to internal training. 50\.000€\-60\.000€ Sant Cugat del Vallès 100% On-site **Contact person:** smirete@q\-techrec.com 682 701 254
