DESCRIPTION ### **What we’re looking for…** A person passionate about digital storytelling with at least 3 years of experience designing content for digital products, combining linguistic sensitivity, strategic thinking, and a strong UX focus. We need someone experienced in writing microcopy, designing and managing useful, clear, and results-oriented content, and collaborating closely with product, business, and development teams to create human-centered digital experiences. Your ability to translate technical requirements into persuasive and accessible messages will be key. ### **Specifically, this is what you’ll do:** * Manage and publish content, aligning each piece with the central communication plan. * Serve as the go-to point for content creation and adaptation, text localization, and strategic management of assets in corporate CMSs. * Ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency in content implementation across multiple markets, guaranteeing brand compliance. * Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams (Marketing, CRM, Legal, UX, etc.) to align content distribution with business goals and uphold user experience standards. * Draft and optimize copy using AI tools as creative support, ensuring accuracy, tone appropriateness, and SEO/GEO optimization. * Document your work clearly to facilitate scalability and collaboration with other teams. * Identify opportunities to improve user experience (FAQs, navigation flows, etc.) through content analysis. ### **To succeed, you’ll need experience in…** * Writing fluently in Spanish (native) and English (minimum C1 level) for diverse audiences. * Designing UX content for digital products (apps, web environments, technical interfaces, etc.) for at least 3 years. * Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including design, product, development, and legal/compliance. * Adapting tone and style to different brands and technical or marketing contexts. * Applying accessibility, localization, and usability criteria to your writing. * Documenting processes and working with agile methodologies. ### **It would also be great if you…** * Can integrate your copy directly into interfaces using design tools such as Figma. * Quickly understand complex briefs and technical documentation. * Participate in research or testing processes (A/B testing, behavioral analysis, etc.) to iterate your content based on real data. * Manage content strategy for social media or digital magazines (prior experience in digital editing or publishing is desirable). ### **At Garaje, we value people who…** Take pride in their work, give their best, always have fun, are courageous and willing to take risks, learn from mistakes, and love what they do.
