Position: Finance Coordinator – Purchases\&Taxes Location: Almussafes, Valencia We are a leading engineering company seeking a Finance Coordinator to join our team. The role’s mission is to ensure efficient and compliant management of procurement and financial operations, contributing to operational continuity, profitability, and strategic growth of the company. Key Responsibilities: * Identify, evaluate, and maintain supplier relationships to ensure optimal quality, pricing, and delivery schedule adherence; periodically assess supplier reliability and profitability. * Analyze and monitor inventory levels and corporate procurement needs, coordinating with various departments to anticipate demand and prevent stockouts. * Receive and validate internal material requests, ensuring alignment with budget and operational priorities. * Manage the full procurement cycle, including purchase order issuance, delivery schedule tracking, price and discount negotiation, and resolution of supplier-related issues. * Ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices, coordinated with purchase records and delivery confirmations. * Initiate and manage supplier payment processes, verifying invoice approvals, due dates, and contractual compliance. * Maintain banking relationships and oversee treasury operations, including cash flow monitoring, banking transactions, and liquidity planning. * Supervise and reconcile intercompany balances, manage consolidation adjustments, and ensure intercompany contracts are accurately recorded and comply with accounting standards. * Ensure full compliance with applicable tax regulations and tax obligations, including VAT, corporate income tax, and withholding requirements. What do you need to succeed in this role? * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent. * Minimum of 2 years’ prior experience in a similar role. * Advanced proficiency in SAP ByDesign or equivalent ERP system and Excel. * Ability to meet established deadlines. * Leadership and team coordination skills. * Minimum English language proficiency required for this position.
