We are looking for **a Cook** for collective catering services to join one of our sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals, ensuring food quality and safety at all times. **We offer:** * **Half-day shift, 20 hours per week** * Schedule: rotating morning or afternoon shifts, plus alternate weekends. * Salary according to the Valencia Collective Agreement for Catering Services * Contract type: Indefinite term, 20 hours per week * Opportunity to work within a collaborative and dynamic team. * Join a leading company that values and rewards the effort and dedication of its employees: continuous training plan, social benefits, professional development. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare dishes, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices. * Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. * Monitor ingredient and material inventory, placing orders when necessary. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – HACCP recordkeeping. * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and supervise the use of equipment, materials, and utensils. * Train new team members on cooking practices and company procedures.
