The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals for large groups, ensuring food quality and safety at all times. **Responsibilities:** * Develop culinary preparations, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices. * Prepare standard menus and adapted diets. * Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. * Supervise ingredient and material inventory, placing orders when necessary. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – APPCC recordkeeping. * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of machinery, materials, and utensils. * Train new team members on kitchen practices and company procedures. **We offer:** * Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. * Schedule: short week (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) / long week (Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday), from 8:00 to 20:00 (with corresponding break). * Salary according to the collective agreement for collective catering. * Duration: temporary replacement for sick leave (IT). * Temporary contract. * Opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic team. * Join a leading company that values and rewards the effort and dedication of its employees: continuous training plan, social benefits, professional development.
