Focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction Job Mission: Manage culinary production units, oversee their processes by providing technical and operational support, and determine gastronomic offerings—optimizing material and human resources to achieve organizational goals, increase team satisfaction, and exceed customer expectations. Reporting to the Head Chef, key functions and responsibilities include: * Collaborate with the Head Chef to plan dishes, offering various alternatives based on experience and customer preferences. * Ensure appropriate provisions are available at kitchen stations. * Strive to optimize the cooking process—with particular attention to process quality and efficiency, reduction of non-value-adding activities, and creation of value for customers. * Apply excellent standards of health and hygiene. * Lead a team by supporting their growth and providing necessary tools for success in their roles. * Prevent occupational hazards. Requirements: Essential: * Minimum qualification: Medium-level Vocational Training (FP Grado Medio) in Cooking * Resident in the Maresme area (near Calella de Mar) * Experience in the same or similar position * Proficiency in Spanish * Proactive, flexible, creative individual with excellent communication skills, well-organized and solution-oriented. Desirable: * Advanced English proficiency * Advanced Catalan proficiency * Experience leading teams Monthly gross salary: €2,000–€2,200. Seasonal contract. Start date: June 2026.
